At Bee Inspired Massage North Devon, I understand that unexpected situations can arise in everyone’s life. In my dedication to offering each client a truly exceptional experience and out of respect for all I have put the following policies in place.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication (e.g., no one home at the time of your scheduled treatment), will incur a fee of 50% of the booked treatment cost.

Late cancellations or no-shows impact the level of service I strive to provide for all my clients. My schedule is often fully booked, and missed appointments could have been offered to someone else in need of care.

I do understand that illness or emergencies can happen unexpectedly. In such cases, please get in touch with me as soon as possible—I will always aim to be fair and understanding in these situations.

Sexual Misconduct Policy

Any form of sexual misconduct is strictly prohibited. Clients must understand that inappropriate behaviour including sexual remarks, advances, or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled appointment.

These policies are in place to ensure a respectful, safe, and professional environment honouring the therapist’s time, the integrity of the service, and your opportunity to fully relax and benefit from your treatment.

 

Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy is deeply respected at Bee Inspired Massage North Devon. All client information and treatment records are kept completely confidential and handled with care. I will never share, sell, or pass on your details without your permission.

What we discuss during your consultation and treatments stays between us unless you’re under 18 or have a guardian or care worker involved in your care.

To keep your information safe, I use secure systems to protect against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or misuse. Your records are only kept for as long as needed to meet legal and professional guidelines.

 

Health & Safety Policy

Your wellbeing is my top priority at Bee Inspired Massage North Devon. I’m fully qualified, hold an up-to-date First Aid certificate, and carry professional and public liability insurance for all the treatments I offer.

I always maintain excellent personal hygiene and kindly ask that clients do the same, so we can create a clean, comfortable, and respectful space for your treatment.

If you’re feeling unwell whether it’s a cold, virus, infection, or you’re just not feeling your best please get in touch via email at beeinspiredmassage@gmail.com as soon as you can to reschedule your session. While I aim to be understanding, please note that the standard cancellation policy may still apply.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This adult will need to give consent for treatment, co-sign the Client Consultation Form, and remain in the room for the entire session.

I always strive to create a calm and safe environment for everyone. In the rare event that a client behaves in a way that is inappropriate, abusive, or aggressive, I reserve the right to end the session immediately. Such actions may lead to a ban from future treatments and, if necessary, be reported to the appropriate authorities.

I reserve the right to decline or modify treatment for any area of the body, or to stop a session altogether, if I believe it is not in your best interest or may pose a risk.

You are also completely free to pause, change, or end your treatment at any time your comfort and choice are always respected here.
